Portland State University Police Association Bylaws

When I joined the PSUPA it was a brand new union. To get started we were handed a badly formatted pdf of bylaws from another university police station that was formed 15 years ago. The entire executive board collaborated on reformatting, updating language, and holding union votes for larger changes such as allowing electronic voting. This will be a living document, created to evolve with the future needs of a policing union.

Collaboratively Created Technical Editing Style Guide

While I have been accustomed to following specific style guides, this was my first time creating one. It was a class-wide collaborative effort. Great effort was put into everyone staying on the same timeline and editing collaboratively.

Wikipedia Grant Writing Edit

After researching Grant Writing for an internal technical writing wiki, I edited the Wikipedia.org entry for Grant Writing. Corrected some grammar, punctuation, run-on sentences, and updated process information. I added an entire section on the Post Award Phase of Grant Writing, which is an incredibly important part of most grants agreements. As of 02.12.2022, these edits remain.
