Bitcoin Informational Flyer

In my Technical Design class, we learned how to create images with a wide range of tools or file types that clients may either prefer or require for compatibility issues. This was a solo project in which I was to research and gather factual information and present it in a flyer style. Enough information to accurately convey meaning, but not so much that the message is lost or muddled. For my project I researched cryptocurrency.

Portland State University Police Association Logo

Portland State University Police Association requested a logo that evoked the educational environment that they serve and protect. They wanted ‘friendly’, and ‘inviting’ to be the emotional response. This was a solo project. I opted for a background color similar to a chalkboard, but that chalkboard font would lose some structural ‘faith’. The clients were pleased.

PSU Technical Communication Meetup Flyer

This was a flyer I created collaboratively with a group of fellow design students. We were given community partners to pair with, ours being the Tech Comm Department at Portland State University. They requested a flyer informing students of the next meetup. This was an entirely collaborative effort, and our group communication and time management flowed extremely well for this project.
